Use of Charta: Charta provides trusted knowledge, introductions, coordination, and representation services. You agree to use Charta lawfully and to provide accurate information when requesting support.
Membership review: Private membership is subject to review and may not be available for every request, market, or context. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.
Third-party providers: Charta may coordinate with independent providers and partners. We work to validate trusted paths, but third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability, and standards.
No professional advice: Charta may help coordinate introductions to professionals, but Charta itself does not provide legal, medical, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
